There are a number of things we consider key within the Bearpit.

Services

To ensure we can host trading food and drink carts, we need to establish water and electricity supply points within the Bearpit.

Lighting

To create a safer environment, we hope to improve the lighting within the Bearpit, which will make it a safer space at night time for passers by. One of the possibilities is to use paving lighting which will also add character.

Buskers/performance platform

As the Bearpit is often a popular place for buskers and performers, we would like to install a small platform which can used as a stage on a daily basis but also for events.

Canopy

To ensure the performance platform can be used in all weather, we would like to install a canopy to cover it and the surrounding area.
